Gretchen is a well-known Auckland-based, food stylist, chef, recipe and content creator and photographer who has had her work featured across TV and radio campaigns, food columns, cookbooks and social media and has worked with some of NZ’s most recognised brands.

She creates mouth watering dishes and brings them to life in photographs. She has collaborated, written recipes and styled food for some of New Zealand’s top brands and media. She has a regular slot on Radio New Zealand with Jesse Mulligan and clients such as Fonterra, Pic’s Peanut Butter, Fisher & Paykel, Annabel Langbein Media and NZ Herald.

She also loves working with smaller producers and artisans with an approach to food presentation that is modern and natural but with a great attention to detail.

She has also worked in senior roles within the Public Relations industry (15 years and counting) so has an in-depth understanding of media relations and brand building.
